On Thursday 14 October, Créocéan, Naomis and SCE, part of the Keran group, signed the Engineering Charter for Gender Equality initiated by Syntec Ingénierie. Through this charter, Syntec-Ingénierie wishes to respond to the issues of attractiveness of engineering, retention of female talent in our companies and the professional development of women. "At a time when our companies are in the front line of major social, environmental and technological transitions, it is becoming urgent to make gender diversity a lever to meet the challenges of the future".
With this charter, Keran confirms its commitment and undertakes to implement new actions based on the 4 commitments in the Charter:
To take action to change the image of engineering among young people, particularly young girls
To ensure equal treatment of women and men throughout their careers
To encourage a balance between personal and professional life for all
To encourage access to management positions for women, by developing upward mobility
