Global approach
The complexity of projects, the multitude of issues and stakeholders involved, and the importance of including users in projects from the very start, has led us to develop a project management methodology called the "Keran Global Approach".
This method is based on three main concepts:

Innovation
Allowing freedom to explore, keeping an open mind and cooperating with others
Innovation is one of the driving forces behind SCE and Keran. Over the years, we have maintained our spirit of innovation and stayed curious by constantly investing in new fields of knowledge and ideas, and collaborating with networks of experts and competitive clusters.
Ideas Lab, in-house school (the Hub), innovation time credits, working with PhD students… Many tools have been deployed to foster new ideas and enable projects to become reality.
In 2020, SCE went a step further by launching its first Innovation Challenge, an in-company competition to foster new ideas, such as services of the future, efficient methods, social or managerial innovations, and the like. The first prize-winning projects are now being implemented!

We have been operating internationally for nearly 30 years, for both development programmes of multilateral and bilateral financing institutions and directly for public and private beneficiaries.
Our development is built on the international activities and locations of the Keran Group and Créocéan, Groupe Huit and Naomis. Our experience runs across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, South America and South East Europe.
