Providing solutions for more sustainable use of environmental resources
The
use of resources has environmental impacts throughout the entire
life product cycle, from manufacturing to transport and disposal. Added to this are the
pressures exerted by the
realisation of urban development projects (Master plan, local urban plan, transportation infrastructure, urban projects, power lines or port facilities).
Soil erosion, biodiversity loss, energy and water consumption, pollutant emissions and waste ... the
impacts on the environment are many and varied, making preservation and management of
environmental resources (soil, water, air, biodiversity, biomass, etc.) a major challenge if we are to ensure a more sustainable territorial development.
We provide a range of services to help integrate, measure and prioritise the
environmental impacts of different activities. At the core of the SCE approach is our perception of the environment not as a constraint but rather as an opportunity to be factored in from the very beginning of projects, thus guaranteeing their
sustainability, with solutions to
avoid, reduce and compensate for the impacts generated.
With a focus on understanding and collaborating with local stakeholders, we integrate environmental resources management from urban planning strategies through to project implementation. Our different services include:
- Environmental assessment of plans and programmes
- Environmental impact studies
- Regulatory dossiers
- Environmental assessments and monitoring
- Environmental management
Our job is to ensure that your projects comply with applicable environmental requirements whilst making better use of natural resources.
