Accelerating the agro-ecological transformation process
Intensive farming practices, massive use of pesticides, and soil artificialisation have harmful impacts on the environment, on our food and ultimately on human health.
We are committed to working towards a green farming transition using proven technical and socio-economic expertise backed by our crosscutting skills. This approach is conducted in close collaboration with farmers and requires an ability to facilitate and coordinate dialogue amongst the various stakeholders, from both the farming and non-farming worlds.
From development of
agri-environmental policies to their implementation, we deliver technical, economic and institutional expertise to assist public or private clients in
project management and in
sustainable transformation opportunities.According to context and needs, we can mobilise our expertise in agronomy, agriculture, pedology and hydrogeology for the following types of assignments:
- Description, monitoring and modelling of farming and non-farming pressures on water resources
- Definition and evaluation of action programmes: protection of water catchments, restoration of water quality, preservation of farmland
- Diagnostic assessment of farm sustainability and individual coaching
- Collective coaching for action implementation (technical assistance, low-input sectors, Regional food plan).
